Working as co-counsel with the Center for Reproductive Rights, Goldstein and her team first won a preliminary injunction before filing three different appellate briefs to the Tenth Circuit in just two months, winning on every issue. “COVID-19 was used to introduce politically motivated changes, which unlawfully encroached on women’s constitutional rights,” says Goldstein.
