Dechert’s partner-led Diversity and Inclusion Committee, a senior management-level deputy chair, chief talent officer, and chief diversity, equity and inclusion officer develop and implement programs to increase diversity and foster our culture of inclusion. Mansfield Rule Dechert achieved Mansfield Rule Certification Plus for the fourth consecutive year as a result of our strong commitment to moving the needle on diversity and inclusion. This certification recognizes law firms that have increased the representation of historically underrepresented lawyers in law firm leadership by broadening the pool of women, lawyers of color and LGBTQ+ lawyers who are considered for significant governance roles, senior lateral openings and promotions.
